More Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Also contained in this recent image drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a legend labelling distinct parts of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
